Jim is the Director of Client Services for Maintainn—the maintenance and support division of WebDevStudios. Starting out as a Project Manager within the company back in 2016, Jim was soon promoted to his current role and was very honored to be selected for the challenging opportunity of ensuring client success as a mission for Maintainn.

From business strategy and marketing, to sales and account management, to team building and development, Jim’s role carries a myriad of responsibilities but he wouldn’t have it any other way. Creating strong, lasting relationships through communication, understanding and an emphasis on value is Jim’s primary focus. Not only does he apply this policy for Maintainn’s clients, but he also practices this in leading his team of project managers, support engineers and support technicians as well.

Before joining the team at WebDevStudios, Jim held project management positions within the healthcare and aerospace industries and worked with clients and project teams across the United States and internationally. Prior to his tenure as a project manager, Jim studied and worked as a photojournalist and still enjoys framing and capturing the moment whenever he has a camera in hand.

I guess you could say I’ve always had a service-oriented nature and background. My first job as a young teenager was working for my dad in an automotive repair shop he started and owned for over two decades. It was through this experience I was able to learn the value of hard, knuckle busting work while at the same time getting firsthand lessons on leadership through the lens of watching how my dad balanced running a business, developing new and repeat client relationships and ensuring a safe, healthy work environment for his employees. I’m very fortunate to have a role model like him in my life, and I strive to follow in his footsteps throughout my career and as a father to my own teenage son.
