Teamwork makes the dream work. After updates are performed on a staging environment each week, Enterprise Support clients receive time to review the updates with their team. By allowing for a 4-5 day client review cycle, everyone involved in the process can come together to communicate if there are any issues that need to be addressed through our Support Hours Program or if approval can be given to push the updates to the live production website.
