Below are some questions that we get on a regular basis, so have a look around and if you have a question we’ve not addressed feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to get you an answer.

Does Maintainn provide hosting?

No, Maintainn does not provide WordPress hosting. We provide maintenance, support, backups, security and updates for your WordPress site that you already have hosted. We do however work closely with your host for any technical/hosting issues.

Can I pay with Paypal?

Currently we do not offer Paypal as a payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.

Can you migrate my site for me?

Sure! Migration is no problem and it's available on the Enterprise plan. If you choose a plan that does not include migration  just contact us and we can setup a one-time charge for migration to a recommended host.

What does support desk access get me?

Access to our support desk gives you access to expert WordPress advise and troubleshooting. For example, if you have issues with a plugin or theme and just have questions on the best resolution - you can ask us and we'll provide advice/steps to fix the issue. If you're not sure how to use a feature/area of your site and just need help, we're available for help there as well. This is an area for all troubleshooting/advice-type questions. If it's an easy fix, we'll just do it for you and if not we can provide a quote (if you don't have development hours included in your plan).

What are your hourly rates?

All clients receive a discounted rate of $99/hr. Pretty cool huh? You can purchase additional time whenever needed through your client area.
